Q1: How could I get the right quotation at the soonest?

A1: Firstly, tell us your application. (Indoor or outdoor？ Fixed or Event temporary use? Front access or rear?)

Secondly, tell us dimension you want. (Width & Height)

Thirdly, tell us how do you want to control the screen? (Computer Synchronous solution? or Asynchronous solution with which remote control is available)

Then, tell us if you have specific requirement on material brand. (Especially LED lamp / Driving IC/ Power supply units)

Lastly, tell us if you have shipping forwarder. If no, pls tell us nearest sea port or airport (if need urgently).

Q2: How could I choose the pixel pitch?

A2: You can choose pixel pitch according to viewing distance.

For example, P2 best viewing distance is 2meters, P3 best viewing distance is 3 meters, ... P10 best viewing distance is 10 meters.

In addition, screen size and project budget are also factors to be considered.

Q3:Can you arrange engineer to our site to guide the installation?

A3：Yes, we have qualified and experienced engineers who are ready to support you. The expenditure and engineer salary will be undertaken by your side.

BTW, we could also offer free factory training to your staff, in Shenzhen, China.

Q4: What’s your delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 15 working days. As to huge amount project, pls contact us for exact evaluation.

If there is stock, we could ship within 7 days. Feel free to tell if you have urgent requirement.

Q5: What’s your payment term?

You can pay by T/T or credit card in Alibaba trade assurance.

50% before production, 50% before shipping.

Q6: How many years warranty do you offer?

We offer 2-3 years warranty for modules and display body for different products, 1 year warranty for other spare parts.

Q7: What measures will you take if there is a problem with product quality during the warranty period?

If there is any problem, our engineer and sales will offer free online guidance.

Within warranty, if the module is damaged, you can send it to us and we will repair and send it to you for free (shipping cost is to be handled by each party when they ship out). For video processors & sending cards, you can send to us, we will repair and send them to you. For other small spare parts, we will send new ones to you after receiving clear pictures of damaged spare parts.
